Timing of A&D Loan Advances. No Advances shall be made to finance the construction of the A&D Improvements after the A&D Loan Maturity Date. Each Draw Request Form shall be made at the office of Lender and shall be funded prior to 3:00 p.m., Houston, Texas time, on the day so requested in immediately available funds. No Advance (whether interim or final) under the A&D Loan shall be made unless all conditions precedent to such Advance have been satisfied.
