Timing of Agent Distributions. Payments received by the Agent in immediately available funds before 12:00 p.m. (noon), Atlanta, Georgia time, on any Business Day shall be distributed to the Funding Parties in accordance with and to the extent provided in this Section 3 on such Business Day.
