Timing of Conversion. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, should the Fund desire to move any of its services provided by the Transfer Agent hereunder to a successor service provider prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or then current Renewal Term, or without the required notice, the Transfer Agent shall make a good faith effort to facilitate the conversion on such prior date; however, there can be no assurance that the Transfer Agent will be able to facilitate a conversion of such services prior to any mutually agreeable date.
