Common use of Timing of Dispatch Notices Clause in Contracts

Timing of Dispatch Notices. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, ISO shall issue all Dispatch Notices promptly after it makes a determination that it will require Energy or Ancillary Services under this Agreement, but ISO shall not issue Dispatch Notices earlier than establishment of the “final schedule” (as defined in the ISO Tariff) for the day-ahead market unless the ISO Tariff is revised to permit ISO to dispatch Reliability Must-Run Units prior to such establishment.
