Timing of Electronic Transactions. We will process Electronic Transactions made on a weekend or holiday on an Account on the day you make the transaction. We may however require up to five banking days: (i) to process any deposit, including any transfer between Accounts; and (ii) to act on bill payment instructions. • We may decline or delay acting on an Electronic Transaction for any reason; for example, if the instructions are incomplete, ambiguous or cannot be carried out due to insufficient funds or otherwise, or if we doubt their authenticity or their lawfulness.
