Timing of Enhancements Benefits Payments. 9.2.1 HOC agrees, subject to the terms and conditions hereof (including in particular Sections 9.2, Section 10.2, and Article 17), and in consultation with the Claims Processor, to make the necessary payments that are required to fund the Net Enhancements Benefits.
