Common use of Timing of Exercise Clause in Contracts

Timing of Exercise. This Warrant shall be exercisable in whole or in part from time to time commencing as of the date hereof and expiring at 5:00 P.M., Central time, on November ___, 2007 (the "Expiration Date"), and may not be exercised thereafter.
