TIMING OF FIRSTBANKING TRANSACTIONS. We will process FirstBanking Transactions made on a weekend or holiday on your Account on your branch’s next banking day. However, we may require up to five banking days: • to process any deposit, including any transfer between Accounts; • to act on bill payment instructions. • We may decline or delay acting on any FirstBanking Transaction for any reason; for example, if the instructions are incomplete, ambiguous or cannot be carried out due to insufficient funds or otherwise, or if we doubt their authenticity or their lawfulness.
