TIMING OF ORDERS. Reseller shall place its orders during the term of this Agreement. Such orders may specify requested delivery dates that are up to ninety (90) days after the order date and after the expiration of the term hereof. For purposes of this Agreement, the order date will be the date on which SG receives Reseller's order.
TIMING OF ORDERS.
