Title; Accurate Information. Each Grantor owns the Collateral purported to be owned by it or otherwise has the rights it purports to have in each item of Collateral and, as to all Collateral whether now existing or hereafter acquired, will continue to own or have such rights in each item of Collateral, in each case free and clear of all Liens, rights or claims of any Person, other than Permitted Liens. All information supplied by or on behalf of any of the Grantors with respect to any of the Collateral (in each case taken as a whole with respect to any particular Collateral) is accurate and complete in all material respects.
