TITLE ADJUSTMENT THRESHOLD. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, any downward adjustment to the Purchase Price provided for in 7.2(d) shall be made only to the extent and only as to that amount by which the aggregate amount of the Title Defect Amounts exceeds one-half of one percent (0.5%) of the Purchase Price.
