Title and Conditions of the Securities. The title of the Securities shall be as specified in the Recitals; and the aggregate principal amount of the Securities shall be as specified in Section 2.02 of this Article II, except for Securities authenticated and delivered upon registration of transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, the Securities pursuant to Sections 2.8, 2.9, 2.13, 2.16, 5.7 or 9.5 of the Indenture.
