TITLE AND DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY. In this paragraph, “property” means any tangible personal property other than consumable property, which is actually consumed during the execution of effort under a Research Project Award. The Research Project Awardee must obtain approval from the CM and the AO prior to purchasing property using Government funds. Property listed in a Research Project Proposal that results in a Research Project Award is considered as having received AO approval.
