Title and Inventory Pulls. All right, title and interest in and to the VMI inventory shall remain with Supplier until a pull from the VMI location. Upon a pull, title to pulled Part or Product shall pass and the Part or Product shall be deemed to have been purchased. Payment shall be made as per the Agreement.
