Common use of Title and no Encumbrances Clause in Contracts

Title and no Encumbrances. (a) evidence that the transfer of title to the Ship relevant to such Advance from the Seller to the relevant Borrower has been duly recorded with the relevant Registry and there are no Encumbrances (other than Permitted Encumbrances); and

Title and no Encumbrances. (a) evidence that the transfer of title to the Ship relevant to such which the Relevant Advance relates from the Seller Builder to the relevant Borrower has been duly recorded with the relevant Registry and there are no free from Encumbrances (other than Permitted Encumbrances); and;

Title and no Encumbrances. (a) evidence that the transfer of title to the Relevant Ship relevant to such Advance from the relevant Seller to the relevant Borrower pursuant to the relevant Contract has been duly recorded with the relevant Registry and there are no free from Encumbrances (other than Permitted Encumbrances); and;

Title and no Encumbrances. (a) evidence that the transfer of title to the Ship relevant to such Advance from the Seller Builder to the relevant Borrower has been duly recorded with registered in the relevant Registry and there are no Encumbrances (other than Permitted Encumbrances); andfree of any Encumbrance;

Title and no Encumbrances. (a) evidence that the transfer of title to the Ship relevant to such Delivery Advance from the Seller Builders to the relevant Borrower has been duly recorded with the relevant Registry and there are no Encumbrances (other than Permitted Encumbrances); and;

(a) evidence that the transfer of title to the Relevant Ship relevant to such Advance from the Seller Builder to the relevant Borrower has been duly recorded with registered in the relevant Registry and there are no Encumbrances free of any Encumbrance (other than Permitted Encumbrances); and;
