Title and Personal Property. The Equipment at all times shall be and remain the sole and exclusive property of Lessor during the Lease Term and Lessee shall have no right, title, or interest herein. In the event Lessee purchases missing/unfound Equipment at the end of Lease term, title shall transfer to Lessee at that time.
