Title and Reporting. Executive’s title shall be Chief Financial Officer. Executive shall report to the Chief Executive Officer and Audit Committee.
Title and Reporting. During the Employment Period, the Executive will be employed as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and he will report solely and directly to the Board. All other employees of the Company (other than the Chairman of the Board, if the Chairman of the Board is an employee of the Company) will report to the Executive or his designees.

During the Term, the Company will employ Executive as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, reporting directly and exclusively to the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) or one or more committees of the Board. Executive shall, at all times during the Term, be the senior-most executive officer of the Xxxx X. Xxxxxx Employment Agreement Company. During the Term, Executive shall, subject to his election by the Company’s stockholders, serve for no additional consideration as a member of the Board.
Title and Reporting. During the Term, the Company will continue to employ Executive as the President and Chief Risk Officer of the Company, reporting to the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company (the “Executive Chairman”).
Title and Reporting. During the term of your employment with the Company under this Agreement, you will serve as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company and you will report directly to the Company’s Board of Directors. During your term of employment with the Company, you will also serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Xxxxx Intermediate Holding LLC and Xxxxx LLC, for which you will receive no additional compensation.
Title and Reporting. During the term of your employment with the Company, you will serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Title and Reporting. During the term of your employment with the Company, you will serve as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and its subsidiaries, and you will report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Duties and Responsibilities: You will have the duties and responsibilities that are normally associated with the position described above. In addition, you are hereby expressly permitted to continue to serve as an employee, executive officer, director or consultant of KLX Inc.
