Title and Reporting. During the Term, the Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and shall have such authority, duties and responsibilities as is consistent with such position and as otherwise determined by the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”), including, without limitation, serving as a director, manager and/or officer of the Company and any direct or indirect subsidiary thereof (collectively, the “Company Group”). The Executive shall report to the Board.
