TITLE AND RISK IN GOODS. 8.1. Title in Goods shall pass to the Company on delivery of the Goods to the Delivery Location or when the Company pays for those Goods (whichever is earliest). 8.2. Goods remain at the risk of the Supplier until the Supplier has delivered those Goods in accordance with this Contract.
