Title and risk in the Goods. 8.1 The title to and risk in the Goods does not pass to us until: (a) we accept the Goods after inspection; or (b) in the event that the Goods are Defective Goods, we elect to make good the defects in the Defective Goods. 8.2 You warrant that at the time of delivery of the Goods: (a) you have full ownership of the Goods free of any liens, charges and encumbrances and are supplying the Goods to us on that basis; and (b) we will be entitled to full, unencumbered and quiet possession of the Goods.
