Common use of Title Commitment and Title Documents Clause in Contracts

Title Commitment and Title Documents. Seller shall, at Purchaser's cost and expense and within fifteen (15) days after the Effective Date, have prepared and delivered to Purchaser a current commitment (the "Title Commitment") for the issuance of the Title Policy to Purchaser through the Title Company, together with legible copies of all documents (the "Title Documents") constituting exceptions to Seller's title as reflected in the Title Commitment.
