Common use of Title Company Documents Clause in Contracts

Title Company Documents. Any documents reasonably required by the Title Company to consummate the transaction contemplated hereby, including such documentation as the Title Company may reasonably require to evidence the authority of Seller to convey the applicable Interests to Purchaser, Transfer Tax forms and a title affidavit substantially in the form annexed hereto as of Exhibit C, but other than the documentation set forth in this clause (h), neither Seller nor any Owner shall be obligated to provide to the Title Company any other indemnities or other agreements creating any liability or cost to Seller or such Owner.
