TITLE COMPANY’S JOINDER. Receipt of a fully executed copy of this Agreement on December ___, 2012 (the “Effective Date”) is hereby acknowledged, and the undersigned agrees to perform the duties of the Title Company set forth in the foregoing Agreement as and when called upon to do so. The following provisions shall control with respect to the rights, duties, liabilities, privileges and immunities of the Title Company hereunder.
