Common use of Title Files Clause in Contracts

Title Files. Promptly after the execution of this Agreement and up to and including the Closing Date, Seller shall permit Buyer and its representatives at reasonable times during normal business hours to examine, with copying privileges, in Seller's or Seller’s representative’s offices, all abstracts of title, title opinions, title files, ownership maps, lease files, assignments, division orders, payout statements and agreements pertaining to the Assets as requested by Buyer, insofar as the same may now be in existence and in the possession of Seller. No warranty of any kind is made by Seller as to the information so supplied, and Buyer agrees that any conclusions drawn therefrom are the result of its own independent review and judgment.
