Title of Premises. Tenant acknowledges that Tenant's leasehold interest in the Premises is subject to (a) covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, Mortgages, and other matters of record, (b) the REA, (c) the effect of all Legal Requirements, including any local zoning laws; and (d) general and special taxes not delinquent. Landlord warrants that none of the matters contained in the REA and/or the Mortgage shall adversely affect the Permitted Use.
