Common use of Title, Place(s) and Dates of Exhibition Clause in Contracts

Title, Place(s) and Dates of Exhibition. (a) Include the exhibition title, and specific venue, city, state, and country, and dates, where and when it will be viewed, even if all venues are not requested for indemnity. If indemnity coverage is requested to begin or end at a site other than the lender location, indicate specific site and dates. If indemnified objects will be placed in temporary storage at any time during the indemnity period, give dates and the facility to be used, and within the applicable Narrative sections fully describe how objects will be cared for and protected (the Federal Council may determine storage periods to be ineligible for indemnity coverage).
