Title; Prior Liens. Borrower has good and marketable title to each unsold Timeshare Interest in a Timeshare Project and to the Collateral. There are no liens, security interests, or encumbrances against such Timeshare Project other than the Permitted Encumbrances and other than future liens against such Timeshare Project to the extent permitted under Section 6.2(b) of this Agreement.
