Common use of Title Report, Seller Copies Clause in Contracts

Title Report, Seller Copies. Within seven (7) days after the Effective Date, Buyer will order from Title Provider either (a) commitment for the Owner's Policy (the “Title Binder”), or (b) a title report or opinion of title (the “Title Opinion”). Upon Seller's request, Buyer shall immediately provide, or cause to be provided, to Seller in electronic form true, correct and complete copies of the Title Binder or Title Opinion, as applicable, and all documents of record referenced therein.
