Common use of Title Rights Clause in Contracts

Title Rights. (a) The United Nations or UNIDO, as the case may be, shall be entitled to all property rights including but not limited to patents, copyrights and trademarks, with regard to material which bears a direct relation to, or results from the services provided to the United Nations or UNIDO by the Contractor under this Contract. At the request of UNIDO, the Contractor shall take all necessary steps, prepare and process all necessary documents and assist in securing such property rights and transferring them to the United Nations and UNIDO in compliance with the requirements of the applicable law.
