TITLE, RISK AND ENCUMBRANCES. 1.1 Title to the Ship and all Parts (but not Buyer’s Supplies, title to which will at all times be and remain with the Buyer) shall pass to the Buyer upon the Ship’s delivery to, and acceptance by, the Buyer in accordance with Clause 1 in Article 7 and until such delivery and acceptance shall have occurred all risks connected with the building work - including, without limitation, all risks in relation to the Ship, all Parts and all Buyer’s Supplies from the time when they are taken into the custody of the Builder or any of its subcontractors - shall lie exclusively with the Builder.
