TITLE, RISK AND LIENS. 5.1 Contractor warrants free and clear title to the Goods. The Goods shall remain at the risk of Contractor until delivery to Company is complete (including, if applicable, off-loading, stacking, installation and commissioning such Goods). Contractor shall hold harmless and indemnify Company Group from and against all liens, attachments or claims by or on behalf of any of its suppliers or any member of Contractor Group (or persons alleging to be any such persons) in connection with or arising out of the Contract.
