Title Search Report. ☐ Upon execution of this Agreement ☐ Within days of the Effective date, the Seller must deliver to the Buyer a true and authentic Title Search Report, the cost of which shall be ☐ at the sole expense of the Seller ☐ at the sole expense of the Buyer ☐ at the expense of both the Buyer and the Seller, equally. The Seller shall have 7 days after receiving the Notice of Objections to remedy all problems therein. Title Search Report. The Department may request the Vendor to prepare title search report(s). The report(s) must begin from the earliest public record and accurately describe the property, true extent of ownership, encumbrances, defects, deficiencies, property tax information, property appraiser information, name search, title history (deed chain) and any other matters of record affecting title.
