Common use of Title to and Condition of Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Title to and Condition of Personal Property. (a) Except as set forth on Schedule 4.15, the Company has good and marketable title or leasehold interest to each item of equipment and other personal property, included as an asset in the Financial Statements, free and clear of all Liens.
