Title to Capacity Credits delivered to Buyer. hereunder shall transfer to Buyer upon Xxxxxx’s delivery and Xxxxx’s receipt of such Capacity Credits in accordance with Section 3.1(c). Seller warrants that it will deliver to Buyer good and valid title to all such Capacity Credits delivered hereunder free and clear of all security interests, purchase rights, claims, charges, liens, and other encumbrances of any kind or any interest therein or thereto.
