Title to Collateral Properties. Except as indicated on Schedule 6.3 hereto or other adjustments that are not material in amount, Subsidiary Credit Parties own or lease (or will, in connection with any future Loan hereunder, own or lease) each Collateral Property subject to no rights of others, including any mortgages, leases pursuant to which Subsidiary Credit Parties or any of their Affiliates is the lessee, conditional sales agreements, title retention agreements, liens or other monetary encumbrances except Permitted Liens.
