Title to Equipment. Title to any equipment and supplies that may be furnished by UNESCO shall rest with UNESCO and any such equipment shall be returned to UNESCO at the conclusion of this contract or when no longer needed by the Individual Specialist. Such equipment, when returned to UNESCO, shall be in the same condition as when delivered to the Individual Specialist, subject to normal wear and tear. The Individual Specialist shall be liable to compensate UNESCO for equipment determined to be damaged or degraded beyond normal wear and tear.
