Common use of Title to Lyondell Units Clause in Contracts

Title to Lyondell Units. Without giving effect to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby, Lyondell LP and Lyondell GP each owns the number of Units set forth in Section 2.1 of the Partnership Agreement opposite its name. Except as contemplated by this Agreement, there are no outstanding subscriptions, options, convertible securities, warrants or calls of any kind issued or granted by, or binding upon, the Partnership or any member of the Lyondell Group to purchase or otherwise acquire or to sell or otherwise dispose of any security of or equity interest in the Partnership.
