Title to Media. Depositor hereby transfers to DSI the title to the media upon which the proprietary technology and materials are written or stored. However, this transfer does not include the ownership of the proprietary technology and materials contained on the media such as any copyright, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property rights.
Title to Media. Subject to the terms of the Agreement, title to the media, upon which the proprietary data is written or stored, is and shall be irrevocably vested in DSI. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Depositor will retain ownership of the proprietary data contained on the media including all copyright, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property ownership rights subsisting in such proprietary data.

Title to all such intellectual property will at all times remain vested in Depositor.

Title to Media. BroadVision hereby transfers to DSI the title to the media upon which the Deposit Materials are written or stored. However, this transfer does not include the ownership of the proprietary information and materials contained on the media, such as any copyright, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property rights.
Title to Media. Contractor hereby transfers to Escrow Agent the title to the media upon which the proprietary technology and materials are written or stored. However, this transfer does not include the ownership of the proprietary technology and materials contained on the media such as any copyright, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property rights.
Title to Media. ObjectSpace hereby transfers to DSI the title to the media upon which the proprietary information and materials are written or stored. However, this transfer does not include the ownership of the proprietary information and materials contained on the media such as any copyright, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property rights to the works fixed on such media.
Title to Media. MEDecision hereby transfers to DSI the title to the media upon which the proprietary technology and materials are written or stored. However, this transfer does not include the ownership of the proprietary technology and materials contained on the media such as any copyright, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property rights.
Title to Media. Depositor hereby transfers to ESOP the title to the media upon which the Deposit Material is written or stored.
Title to Media. Depositor hereby transfers to DSI the title to the -------------- media upon which the proprietary technology and materials are written or stored; however, the use of such media is strictly governed by this Agreement. Further, Depositor does not transfer any ownership of any other tangible or intangible property, including, without limitation, the proprietary technology and materials contained on the media and any copyright, trade secret, patent or other intellectual property rights associated with such technology and materials. DSI acknowledges that any such copyrights, trade secrets, patent rights and other intellectual property in or to such proprietary technology and materials are and will remain the exclusive property of Depositor and/or Depositor's licensor(s), if any.
