TITLE TO PROPERTY AND BANK ACCOUNTS. Except to the extent that trustees, nominees or other agents are utilized as specified in Section 6.1(b)(2) hereof, the Properties and other assets of the Partnership shall be held in the name of the Partnership. The funds of the Partnership shall be deposited in the name of the Partnership in such bank account or accounts as shall be designated by the General Partners, and withdrawals therefrom shall be made upon the signature of any General Partner or such Person or Persons as shall be designated in writing by any General Partner. The funds of the partnership shall not be commingled with the funds of any other Person.
