Title to Proprietary Materials. All right, title and interest in the Pfizer Proprietary Materials shall remain the sole property of Pfizer notwithstanding the transfer to and use by CytomX of the same. Except as provided in Section 6.1.1(d), all right, title and interest in the CytomX Proprietary Materials shall remain the sole property of CytomX notwithstanding the transfer to and use by Pfizer of the same.
