Title to SCI Stock Clause Samples

Title to SCI Stock. The Wolfes have and will transfer to SCI good and marketable title to the SCI stock subject to the conditions of Closing set forth in this Agreement, free and clear of any security interests, claims, liens, pledges, options, encumbrances, charges, agreements, voting trusts or other arrangements or restrictions (other than any restrictions on transfer under federal and state securities laws).
