The Titling Trust has good and marketable title to such 201[__]-[__] Lease and 201[__]-[__] Vehicle, free and clear of any Liens (other than Permitted Liens), participations and rights of others, including, to the knowledge of the Servicer, Liens (other than Permitted Liens) or claims for work, labor or material relating to such 201[__]-[__] Vehicle.
