Common use of Title to the Lease and Leased Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Title to the Lease and Leased Vehicle. Neither the 2021-B Lease nor the related 2021-B Vehicle has been sold, transferred, assigned, pledged or granted by any Dealer to any Person other than the Titling Trust. The Titling Trust has good and marketable title to such 2021-B Lease and 2021-B Vehicle, free and clear of any Liens (other than Permitted Liens), participations and rights of others, including, to the knowledge of the Servicer, Liens or claims for work, labor or material relating to such 2021-B Vehicle (other than Permitted Liens).

Neither the 20212023-B A Lease nor the related 20212023-B A Vehicle has been sold, transferred, assigned, pledged or granted by any Dealer to any Person other than the Titling Trust.
