Title to Trust Loans. Legal title to all of the Trust Loans shall be vested at all times in the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of and for the benefit of the Trust, under U.S. Department of Education LID number 829077 (the “Related LID”). The Related LID is being jointly shared with the Depositor and other affiliated entities pursuant to an existing agreement between the Eligible Lender Trustee and the Depositor.
