(as applicable): The contractor shall comply with Title VIII Civil Rights Acts of 1968 which prohibits discrimination in the sale or rental of dwellings (as defined), discrimination in the financing or housing, blockbusting, and discriminatory advertising; and makes it unlawful to deny any person access to, or membership or participation in, any multiple listing service or real estate broker organization for discriminatory reasons.
