Common use of Titled Agents Clause in Contracts

Titled Agents. The Syndication Agent, Documentation Agent and Managing Agent in such respective capacities, assume no responsibility or obligation hereunder, including, without limitation, for servicing, enforcement or collection of the Loan, nor any duties as an agent hereunder for the Lenders. The titles given to the Syndication Agent, Documentation Agent and Managing Agent are solely honorific and imply no fiduciary responsibility on the part of the Syndication Agent, Documentation Agent or Managing Agent to the Administrative Agent, any Lender, the Borrower or any other Loan Party and the use of such title does not impose on the Syndication Agent, Documentation Agent or Managing Agent any duties or obligations greater than those of any other Lender or entitle the Syndication Agent, Documentation Agent or Managing Agent to any rights other than those to which any other Lender is entitled.
