TITLES AND GROUPINGS. The title given to the Articles of this Agreement are for ease of reference only and shall not be relied upon or cited for any other purpose. The grouping of the articles in this Agreement and of the Owner’s specifications under the various headings is solely for the purpose of convenient organization and in no event will the grouping of provisions, the use of paragraphs or the use of headings be construed to limit or alter the meaning of any provisions.
