Titles and Headings; Construction. The Section headings contained in this Agreement are for convenient reference only, and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. All pronouns and any variations thereof used herein shall be deemed to refer to the masculine, feminine, singular, or plural as the identity of the person or persons may require. This Agreement shall be construed without regard to any presumption or other rule requiring construction hereof against the party causing this Agreement to be drafted.
