Titles and Headings; Interpretation. Titles and headings of sections of this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the construction of any provision of this Agreement. Where any representation or warranty contained in this Agreement is expressly qualified by reference to the best knowledge of the Company, the Company confirms that it has made due and diligent inquiry as to the matters that are the subject of such representations and warranties.
