Common use of Titles to Real Property Clause in Contracts

Titles to Real Property. Each Credit Party has indefeasible fee simple title to its respective owned real properties, and with respect to leased real properties, indefeasible title to the leasehold estate with respect thereto, pursuant to valid and enforceable leases, free and clear of all Liens except Permitted Liens. All real property owned by each Credit Party as at the Effective Date is described in Schedule B. All real property lease agreements pursuant to which any Credit Party leases any office space or switch room premises as at the Effective Date are described in Schedule B.
